Matt is British and grew up in the UK. He went to the University of York and stayed nearby after graduating as he loved the Yorkshire countryside and local community. Later he moved to London. Being closer to major international airports Matt visited 13 countries in one year by filling his weekends flying to some new European city. After that he moved to San Francisco Bay area for a new exciting job. Matt met his now wife while playing squash in San Francisco in 2014, just 10 days after Matt moved to the US.
